Medicaid Asset Protection Trust (MAPT)

Personal Assets worth over $500,000	$12,000 set up
Personal Assets worth under $500,000	$6,000 set up
Trust Maintenance- Annual	$300/yr.  Required for all Medicaid Asset Protection Trusts. Includes a yearly in-person trust review; staying current on any MAPT updates and changes in law; 2 hours/ year attorney consultations

We offer the following services on a flat-fee basis which must be paid in advance.  These prices do not include filing fees.  Not all matters involving these types of business transactions will be appropriate for flat fees. Attorneys reserve the right, in consultation with the client, to adjust fees based on client's needs, matter complexity, or other factors in the attorney's discretion.
